Your mission

As a dental nurse with us, you will work with adults, teenagers, and children with varying care needs. You will have a varied job with great opportunities for knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues and good chances to further develop yourself. Your responsibilities include, among other things: assistance, sterilization, and reception work as needed. We would like you to be willing to work delegated. Furthermore, in your role, it is natural for you to share your experiences to motivate and inspire your colleagues.

The clinic in Danvikstull has nine bright, newly renovated treatment rooms with beautiful views and modern equipment. We are a friendly and positive group of various ages and mixed professional experience. The clinic is located in the White House in attractive Södermalm, with several bus lines from Slussen. If you commute by car, there is an option to rent parking in the same building. The clinic has access to a lovely rooftop terrace, and a delightful walk along Norra Hammarbyhamnen in the summer is highly recommended.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for someone with a completed dental nursing education and preferably good experience. Additionally, you are a person motivated to further develop your skills and competencies. For you, quality dental care is a given, as is a professional approach to both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you are trustworthy, maintain a high level of service, and have excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience with T4 is an advantage for the role.

As a person, you are dedicated and positive even in tough situations, while establishing credibility, trust, and influence with our patients. You develop effective, sensible, and feasible solutions to problems and learn from experiences and feedback from your surroundings. Moreover, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment

Welcome with your application by January 25, 2026. The position is a temporary contract for 8 months (with the possibility of extension if needed) and a workload of 80%. The desired start date is early February. Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously. If you have worked with us before, we will take references from your previous clinic manager.

Before the interview, you need to be able to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. To be considered for employment, a satisfactory new hire background check is also required.
